- A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is required to hold your flight and hotel reservation
- The deadline for paying your $150 deposit is April 14, 2017
- On April 15, 2017 all unreserved group bookings will be released. Anyone wishing to book after the April 14 deadline will be given the preferred group discount. However, flight and hotel space is not guaranteed
- Final payment of remaining balance is due before July 7, 2017
- All bookings must be completed by contacting Sunwing over the telephone - Before you call Sunwing to make a payment, provide George or Laureen with your name as it appears on your passport, your date of birth and the name of the person(s) sharing your room
- Sunwing must first enter your information in the booking system before you can make a payment
- To make a payment, contact the Sunwing Groups Team at 1 800 668-4224 Monday-Friday @ 9:00am to 8:00pm
- Provide your name, booking #91310245, your credit card details, payment amount and let Sunwing know if you are booking a single, double or triple occupancy
- When you make partial payments, keep track of your balance owing. The Sunwing Groups Team will not provide your balance over the phone
- Please be aware that some airlines/destinations require your passport to have a miniumum of 6 MONTHS EXPIRY date when travelling
