Our dates consisted of going to different bookstores and then eating afterwards... We even went to Las Vegas looking for bookstores. I knew after our second date that I was going to marry Tresa.
I remember when I first met Tresa's parents, she told me that her father was a Vietnam Vet and was warning me beforehand that he will inquire about my military service. She was right on point, he wanted to know if I was really a LTC in the army, my unit, where I was stationed.....but at the end of the visit it was an enlightening experience to meet one of our finest that has served in the military. |
